Customer returning product for service

  1. Please phone us on 01782 501515 to be sure we are able to assist you before you arrange transport, Hylands will not be liable for costs should we not be able to proceed with the repair for any reason. Please also check with us before sending, what accessories we may require to operate and test i.e. Special power leads - remotes - non standard interconnection cables etc

2. To avoid damage occurring during transportation, please ensure that your product is securely wrapped. We recommend that you wrap some bubble-wrap around the item or items, then pack them in a sturdy box with polystyrene chips or other suitable packing material to avoid movement within the box, preferably to a thickness of 1-2 inches all around. Secure fast with adhesive tape.

3. Provide your full name, address, daytime phone & e-mail address also the product details and a full fault description.
This will enable us to make contact with you if we should require additional information or to notify you of your estimate or repair completion.

If using a courier please ensure that you use a suitably secure and traceable means of transportation. We suggest carriers such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel force or other reputable transportation company which provides parcel tracking. We also recommend you consider the value and make sure this is covered with their insurance.

If there is no fault apparent, your product will be returned to you / you will be notified to collect your product.
This may incur a handling charge for both warranty and chargeable repairs
