During the first 12 months - return to Hylands - If purchased from us

After 12 months - if the product has an extended warranty period beyond 1 year this is handled by Tower directly refer to your manual or email

Out of warranty

Sadly it's not usually possible to get spares for these items as a labour charge may be as much as a new one but you can check here  Click here
