Please phone us on 01782 501515 to be sure we are able to assist you before you arrange transport, Hylands will not be liable for costs should we not be able to proceed with the repair for any reason. Please also check with us before sending, what accessories we may require to operate and test i.e. Special power leads - remotes - non standard interconnection cables etc 2. To avoid damage occurring during transportation, please ensure that your product is securely wrapped. We recommend that you wrap some bubble-wrap around the item or items, then pack them in a sturdy box with polystyrene chips or other suitable packing material to avoid movement within the box, preferably to a thickness of 1-2 inches all around. Secure fast with adhesive tape.
