Service call out

within our service area completed on site:

Repair £40 + parts + vat
However this charge is reduced to ONLY £30 + vat (£36 inc vat)
if you live within 10 miles of our workshop
& the problem proves to be just a re-tune or set up of the product.
Plus £4.17+ vat (£5 inc vat) per additional item that also needs to be adjusted for interconnection

Service call out, unable to be completed on site:

Collection & Re-delivery charge, within our service area
1 man job £30 + vat
2 man job £35 + vat
This includes the use of Loan goods - subject to availability

Bench work charges to the right will then apply for chargeable jobs instead of the call out charge shown above

Bench work charges
& where customer returns product to us:

We will provide you with an estimate & some advise on the general condition before we undertake repair.

Should the situation change dramatically during the repair process we will revert to the estimate position again before we continue and you may decide if you still wish for us to proceed or if you prefer a replacement.
i.e. It may not be until a unit is powered up and working again we are able to determine if any further damage has been caused or not so you may then decide to continue or call it a day, the choice will still be yours
